At AusKeep, we are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and reliable space for both workers and job providers.

This Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standards expected of all users of the platform.

By using AusKeep, you agree to the following conduct rules:

1. Respectful and Professional Behaviour

  • Treat each other with respect, regardless of background, role, or rating;
  • Refrain from harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse;
  • Respect time, commitments, and agreed arrangements;
  • Maintain a professional tone in all communication.

2. Honesty and Integrity

  • Provide accurate information about services, availability, and identity;
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent qualifications or experiences;
  • Post and respond to jobs in good faith;
  • Leave honest and unbiased reviews based on real experiences.

3. Proper Use of Contact Information

  • Phone numbers and email are shared only after mutual consent;
  • Contact details must be used exclusively for job-related purposes;
  • Unsolicited messages, spam, or harassment through phone contact will result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. No Off-Platform Deals

  • All jobs and payments must go through AusKeep;
  • Bypassing the platform to avoid commission fees is prohibited;
  • Users caught arranging off-platform deals may have their account permanently banned.

5. Independence and Responsibility

  • All workers on AusKeep are considered independent contractors;
  • Must hold a valid ABN;
  • Are fully responsible for their tax, insurance, and legal obligations;
  • Must comply with Australian laws and workplace safety standards.
  • AusKeep is not a labour hire provider or employer;
  • Does not manage or direct how work is performed;
  • Does not guarantee job outcomes or user behaviour.

6. Reporting Violations

You may report violations of this Code via Email at assistance@auskeep.com. We investigate all serious reports.

Users found to have breached this Code may face:

  • Warnings;
  • Temporary suspension;
  • Permanent account removal;
  • Legal reporting in serious cases.

7. Legal Compliance

  • Act in accordance with Australian federal and state laws;
  • Not post or accept work that is unsafe, illegal, discriminatory, or exploitative;
  • Follow relevant local rules on employment, safety, and privacy.

8. Community Expectations

  • Helping build a reliable and honest job community;
  • Respecting others and taking accountability for your actions;
  • Supporting a safe and lawful working environment.
